Keywords: <Include at least 3-5 keywords or phrases> Abstract This document gives formatting instructions for authors preparing papers for the 2rd Internal Postgraduate Student Conference in Electrical Engineering 2013 (2rd IPSCEE) organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electrical Engineering Postgraduate Student Assembly (EEPSA). The authors must follow the instructions given in the document for the abstract to be submitted. You can use this document as both an instruction set and as a template into which you can type your own text. The font must be used in the Times New Roman of size 12 (except for all headings/footer). The length is limited to only 1-2 PAGES. Abstract with its length exceeding the page limit will be automatically rejected. The student author is expected to write this abstract from the students own research progress or understandings from relevant literature review. The author must make sure that there is NO plagiarism in this writing. Therefore, the author is expected to apply citation/referencing appropriately. The submitted abstract will be subject to rechecking for all plagiarized contents from the Turnitin database [1]. And if it can be proved that any texts have been plagiarized, that written work will automatically be REJECTED. To prevent such rejection, therefore, the student author must submit the extended abstract together with its plagiarism-checking report output from the Turnitin software. All accepted abstracts will be later evaluated by the technical program committee of the conference together with the students oral presentation. Presentation must be in ENGLISH. Departmental awards will be given to students with best performance in both writing and presentation outcomes. File to be submitted to 2rd EEPSA-IPSCEE 2013 must be in the PDF version of the abstract file (after changing all font colours to BLACK). Abstract must be emailed to eepsa.ipsceecu@gmail.com before the deadline on 1 February 2013. Presentation file must be uploaded to eepsa.ipsceecu@gmail.com before the deadline on 1 February 2013. The student must make sure that the submitted presentation file can be correctly displayed before the presentation starts on the conference. The conference dates are on 8 and 15 February 2013. The presentation schedule will be announced at the departmental website at www.ee.eng.chula.ac.th on 6 February 2013. NO EXTENDED DEADLINES WILL BE GIVEN.
