WHAT IS IT?
the process of transferring information from a sender to a receiver with the use of a medium e.g: email, telephone etc. in which the communicated information is understood by both sender and receiver.
TYPES OF COMMUNICATION
The shared information is either verbal (oral) through telephone or non-verbal (written) through letters. Verbal communication: Non- verbal communication:
it is so called verbal communication when two or more people talk or use audio as a medium to exchange thoughts or intentions.
the documents shared in offices are written communication. i.e. written words/symbols that are understood by the receiver of the message as it says exactly what the sender wanted to express.

EMAIL:
Electronic mail or email is a means of sending messages, text, and computer files between computers via the Internet.
Webmail
is accessed through a web browser and can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection.
HOW TO EMAIL?
Sending email
1. Open a browser,enter the webmail address, e.g. http://www.gmail.com and log in. Click 'New' or 'Compose'. Enter the recipient's email addresses in the 'To' field. Write a suitable subject in the 'Subject' field. Write the message in the space below the Subject field. Click 'Send' to send the email.

Disadvantages:
