PRICING Prices are listed in US Dollars. Payment must be made in US funds. Prices reflect standalone use. Network licenses cost 150% of list price. LICENSING Products are sold as single-user licenses. The software can be installed on as many computers as you would like, however the number of licenses purchased equals the number of computers which can simultaneously run full versions of the software. GEO-SLOPE license files are granted for a maximum length of one year, with replacement files provided online. Perpetual license files are replaced every year at no cost. Renewable license files are replaced annually upon receipt of a renewal payment. Standalone licenses are secured to USB port hardware keys. Only one key is provided for each standalone license. Please refer to the License Options document for the differences between available license types. NETWORK LICENSES Network licenses cost 150% of list price. Network licenses can be used in LAN or WAN environments. GEO-SLOPE licenses utilize FLEXnet license management. Refer to the License Options document for details. Network license files may be secured to USB keys or your network server computers Ethernet MAC address. Borrowing is an optional feature made available upon request. Contact GEO-SLOPE for details. LEASED LICENSES Leased licenses are available for one-month or one-year terms. Refer to the License Options document for details. License files are locked to a single computer. The software and license files are provided online for download. There is no physical shipment. HARDWARE KEYS Standalone licenses are secured to USB port hardware keys. Only one key is provided for each standalone license. If a key becomes worn, damaged, lost or stolen, a replacement key will be provided for a prepaid fee. The damaged key must also be returned to our office. DISCOUNTS Volume Discounts are available for simultaneous purchases of three or more new products. Additional License Discounts are product-based and offered whenever applicable to an order. Contact GEO-SLOPE for details. SHIPPING Orders generally include one DVD or two CDs, book(s) and a USB port hardware key. Details available at time of order. Software packages are delivered by express air courier. Shipping charges cover transportation and insurance only. Import duties and taxes are not included. Licenses include free Service Pack downloads within the version purchased - see www.geo-slope.com Older versions of the software are not guaranteed to run on upgraded computer hardware and operating systems. Support is provided for the current and last versions only. GEO-SLOPE is no longer providing support for Versions 1 to 4. UNIVERSITIES The Student Edition software has been created exclusively for educational purposes and is free of charge. It can be downloaded from our website and installed onto as many computers as desired - see http://www.geo-slope.com/products/student.aspx An Academic Discount of 50% is offered to universities for software purchases.
