o Test, evaluate, and analyze competitive automotive and agriculture compo nents; o Communicate with engineering manager and

production managers as well as the sales and marketing team to generate product requirement documents and desig n prototypes for testing and approval; o Document programming and machine procedures; o Write-up and presentation of technical papers, application notes and des ign tips; o Provide technical support to customers, both internal and external; o Assist in new product launches/demonstrations/seminars/exhibitions. o Robotic and automation experience is an asset ? Provide process engineering expertise for equipment and process troubles hooting, equipment and process failure investigations, equipment and pipeline op timization initiatives, and day-to-day operations and maintenance of the pipelin es. ? Provide engineering support to the Establishing Pressure Controller and Sh utdown Device Setpoints program. Key responsibilities are reviewing change request s related to pressure control and limiting systems, and reviewing unsteady state model results for pipelines operating at >80% of MOP. ? Provide technical input to Minimum Technical Expectation Guidelines and project specific standards and specifications. ? Coordinate with plant process engineers and the Process Safety Informati on (PSI) group to obtain or to create the necessary information to update engine ering documents ? Work with other engineers to provide necessary process information to cr eate equipment datasheets ? Participate in Criticality Assessment, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) studies representatio n process engineering. ? Review Equipment Strategy Data Sheet (ESDS), Maintenance/ Operation proc edures from process ? Identify and update engineering drawings/ documents (i.e. datasheets, P& IDs, operating procedures and other engineering documentation) gaps for high pri ority maintenance significant assets as per Suncor standards ? Create and/or update engineering documents and get approval using the ch ange management process ? Work with documentation groups to update documents in Live-Link ? Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate processes, syst ems and procedures to support metering, meter registration, meter data managemen t, and settlement activities for the IESO-Administered Market. ? Assist in reviewing the effectiveness of existing processes and contribu te to the development and implementation of effectiveness and efficiency improve ments, as necessary. ? Provide technical and analytical support to both internal and external c ustomers. Investigate customer inquiries or complaints, or provide support to se ttlement staff investigating such inquiries or complaints. ? Provide support and assistance in the development and maintenance of the functional specifications for metering installations including site documentati on and totalization tables, on-site communication equipment and systems, meter d ata collection system interfaces and meter data management processes and require ments. ? Provide support and assistance in tracking and processing document submi ssions in support of meter registration activities. Analyze and review metering installation proposals, M&V plans, commissioning reports and post-installation a udit reports to confirm compliance with Market Rules. Identify non-compliances a nd communicate these concerns to metering staff, as necessary. ? Provide support and assistance to maintain records, work methods, polici es and procedures relating to the market rules and legislation. This includes de

velopment and maintenance of market manuals, internal settlement guidelines, sys tem documentation, training packages and tracking tools as related to metering, meter data management and settlement activities. ? Assist in the production of user requirements for associated application software, in the performance of acceptance testing and in the identification of business requirements for hardware. Implement appropriate settlements processes /adjustments applied when data is missing/incorrect, contractual requirements ar e not met, and/or "ad hoc" situations, at the direction of senior Settlement sta ff.
