wholl be facilitating these events. Judy is one of only a handful of people in the world doing this type of
organizational work. Guelph Family Constellations is bringing Judy to the Region as part of its commitment to
transformative education for organizations and families.

Systemic Dynamics provides a way to see a much bigger and clearer picture through a 'zoom out' lens.
This perspective allows us to convert a complex inner image of an issue and view it in a clear and logical way.
Like a snapshot image, we can see what is happening as well as understand why.
Using this approach, the root cause of an issue is quickly revealed and the resolution begins to naturally unfold.
When we understand Systemic Dynamics, our energy system becomes more enlivened and we get our vitality

Let's gather for support from a place of higher connection, curiosity and
wonder as we circle around the box. Circled Square!
This is an open and nourishing space to build the trust, power and collective
wisdom needed to connect, work and evolve together. Joining Circled Square
in this interactive, exciting community event, is Systemic Dynamics Facilitator
Judy Wilkins-Smith. Youll welcome her laser sharp approach and down-to-
earth language as she handles each moment with precision and heart.

2) Experiential Introductory Training Workshop
We invite you to join us for a full day in-depth experience of Systemic Dynamics. As a participant youll have an
opportunity to address your current life and business challenges. Plus, youll experience what its like to be a
facilitator of this powerful approach. Youll see the principles of Systemic Dynamics applied to real businesses,
communities and organizations.
When: Thursday, February 27 from 9:30 - 5 pm
Where: The Courtyard, 141 Whitney Place, Kitchener
Cost: $225 plus HST before February 22 at midnight, $250 plus HST after 23-26th
