I learned in our prayer that with God all things are possible, seek first his kingdom and all of it will be
added on to us.

My action today is to follow the Gabriellan Identity.

In our lessons for today, I have learned about:

I have learned in our lesson the importance of ethics, having and knowing ethics makes us aware of
ourselves and how to further improve for society, ethics has various managements, it is in finance,
human resource management, marketing, and production, all of which are necessary components for
proper function, there are also various ways to approach a ethical behavior which is utilitarian
approach, individual rights approach, justice approach, we must always be on question with how we
act, Does it optimize the satisfaction of all stakeholders? Does it respect the rights of the individuals
involved? Is it consistent with the canons of justice? We must also be aware that in each individual,
there are factors that could affect it and these are Family Influences, Peer Group Influences, Life
Experience, Personal Values, Situational Factors, having learned this and being aware of it we could
benefit those around us for a healthy relationship and be a better leader.

I will memorize the above learning points, explain them in my own words, and apply them in our activities.
