The title of the book/ article I have read is: LEGEND OF THE PINEAPPLE
AUTHOR’S LOGIC: The author is conveying the message/idea of:
Example: “Green” branding of businesses has gone too far and no longer carries the same sort of
impact it once did. Today, so many people are concerned with the environment that many businesses
try to represent themselves as being “green.” They want to have a reputation for being
environmentally conscious.

There is a mother and daughter who live in a hut. Although their life is simple, Aling
Rosa still wants her daughter Pina to have good behavior. But it seems that all the negative habits
are owned by Pina. First, it is not reliable for household chores. Very lazy. So when her mother,
Aling Rosa, got sick, she had to cook.But instead of looking for the ladle, he asked his mother. The
things in front of him he has not seen because of his laziness.Because of the mother's annoyance
with her son's behavior, one day she yelled at him and scolded him. The mother said she wished
she had many eyes so she could see everything she was looking for and not ask any more
questions.Pina left their house furious because of what her mother said. Since Pina left, Aling Rosa
never saw her again. But he saw only one plant in their yard. He has many eyes that's why he
remembered his daughter Pina because of what she said. He knew his teachings came true.That's
why they called the fruit Pinya in memory of Pina.

STUDENT’S LOGIC: Provides learners with an opportunity to reflect and think about how they actually
solve problems and how a particular set of problem solving strategies is appropriate for achieving their goal.
What is to be accomplished/learned?
Example: In support of the Supermarket “Green” initiatives, I bring my own shopping bags for
grocery shopping and say no to plastic bags.
let’s not ask bad things for someone because we might regret it in the end and let's
avoid being lazy and always obey the parents' orders.

Example: Being more aware about eco-friendly practices you can adopt at home so that we can make a positive
difference as socially responsible graduates.
As students and children we have to be responsible, we have to obey those who are older
than us especially if we can do better and we are ready to help others especially our parents who
are always here, let's not rely on them because they will not make our future they are just a way
and giving lessons that we can use to fulfill our dreams.

I learned in our prayer that: Ama, ikaw lamang ang aming pag-asa, sa bawat sulok ng mundo ngayon

ay may panganib na nakaabang , bigyan mo kami ng lakas. Salamat sa bawat araw na biniyayaan mo kami

ng pagkain, damit, tahanan, at higit sa lahat, ang biyayang bumubuhay sa amin.

My Action today is to; Ama, maraming salamat sa mapagpalang araw na ipinagkaloob mo sa amin,
Gabayan mo kami araw-araw at huwag mo kaming pababayaan. Narito ako sa iyong harapan upang
humingi ng kapatawaran sa aking kasalanan. Alam kong hindi ako perpekto sa mundo. Gabayan nyo po
ako sa aking pag-aaral at Gabayan po ninyo ako sa pag-abot ng aking mga pangarap.

In our lessons for today, I have learned about:

1.DISCIPLINARY MECHANISMS OF THE PNP INTERNAL AFFAIRS SERVICE (IAS)a. created by RA 8551
2. Organization of AIS a. headed by the INSPECTOR GENERAL who is a CIVILIAN and appointed by the
President upon the recommendation of the Director General (Chief, PNP)
3.Career Development and Incentives a. IAS personnel shall be granted occupational specialty pay which shall
not exceed FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of his base pay.
4.Disciplinary recommendations of the IAS a. any PNP personnel found guilty of any of the cases mentioned
and any immediate superior found negligent 4.shall be recommended automatically for dismissal or demotion
5.PEOPLE'S LAW ENFORCEMENT BOARD (PLEB) a. body created pursuant to RA 6975 b. one of the
disciplinary authorities of the PNP authorized to handle and investigate citizen's complaint
6.Citizen's Complaints- pertains to any complaint initiated by a private citizen or his duly authorized
representative on account of an injury, damage, or disturbance sustained due to an irregular or illegal act
committed by a member of the PNP.
7. Chief of Police where the offense is punishable by the withholding of privileges, restriction to specified limits,
suspension or forfeiture of salary, or any combination thereof, for a period not exceeding FIFTEEN (15) DAYS
8.City/Municipality Mayors- where the offense is punishable by the withholding of privileges, restriction to
specified limits, suspension or forfeiture of salary, or any combination thereof, for a period not less than
SIXTEEN but not exceeding THIRTY (30) DAYS
9.People's Law Enforcement Board (PLEB)- where the offense is punishable by the withholding of privileges.
