INTRODUCTION

The work immersion is the part of K-12 of

Senior High curriculum of the Department
of Education. In which the student will
experience the actual job and work
guidelines that simulated in every
companies. The work immersion is not an
actual agreement to work the process of
working and improve knowledge shared by
school, also this is where the imitation of
the real work takes sharp.
Work immersion is important because it
can help the student to familiar the
realities of working whether they pursue a
degree. Also it provides a valuable
experience to every student as it allows.
The student to discover what the real world
and exercise the opportunities that awaits
them when they graduate from school.
Work immersion does allow the student to
exhibit the skill that they learn in the
school throughout their lives and also, it
allows them to evaluate whether their
chosen fields whether if they are for it or
not lastly. The student learn discipline
organization and people skill while they
train out in the workplace.

strength every day and he gives me wisdom,
hope and effort to make this portfolio, to make a
success in immersion.

 PRE-IMMERSION ORIENTATION

For me this day is the start or one of the process to do a work immersion
in the field or outside of the school. It was March 15 2023 Wednesday
the event that brought me knowledge and wisdom about the essence of
having pre-work immersion orientation before we deploy in the working
place. Moreover, by this orientation I got an idea about work immersion.
The work immersion is part of the K to 12 curriculum that consists of 80
to 150 hours of hands-on experience which the students will have to
undergo to expose them to the actual workplace setting and enrich the
competencies provided by the school.

This day, I am thankful for we met him up our guest speaker, for
he shared to us his learning and expertise in their workplace. I can
conclude that we must have self-discipline in the time when we are at
work and we should obey all the rules and regulations so that we will not
put into danger or lead us into harmful scenario. From the orientation
and seminar we had earlier, I have many things discovered as well as I
gained awareness in the possible situation I may encounter at the
workplace. Through this is orientation I am now aware on what should I
do and should not be done in such working area.

Work immersion provide Senior High School learners with

opportunities to become familiar with the working place. Work
immersion orientation is the acquisition of practical experience.
Working along side professionals in a real work environment provides
invaluable hands-on experience that cannot be replicated in a classroom
setting. Immersion in the workplace allows individuals to develop and
refine essential skills. including time-management, decision-making,
adaptability and critical thinking. Through actual practice, individuals
gain confidence and competence to apply this on areas of specialization
or applied subjects in actual work environment to prepare learners for all
curriculum exits, enabling them to make informed decisions and
contribute meaningfully. In addition, I learned some important thing to
behave during the work and that is to be responsible and have a good
interaction to the people in the workplace. Today, I realized that to be a
good listener will us to become wiser and full of wisdom as well.

3. How did you overcome your far and weakness on your work
immersion?
My biggest weakness is I’m not good at public speaking I’m getting nervous when
I’m talking a stranger so during our work immersion I’ve overcome my fear.

4. Does you work experience immersion helps you boost your

confidence?
Yes, because I’m teaching a student which is that is my fear and I socialized some
of the people.

5. What is your best experience during you’re work immersion?

My best experience is I’m teaching a student which is that’s what I want.
