The title of the book/ article I have read is: THE 7 ROLES OF A TEACHER IN THE 21ST CENTURY
AUTHOR’S LOGIC: The author is conveying the message/idea of:

Example: “Green” branding of businesses has gone too far and no longer carries the same sort of impact it once did.
Today, so many people are concerned with the environment that many businesses try to represent themselves as being
“green.” They want to have a reputation for being environmentally conscious.
In the 21st century classroom, teachers are facilitators of student learning and creators of productive
classroom environments, in which students can develop the skills they might need at present or in
future.____________________________________________________________
STUDENT’S LOGIC: Provides learners with an opportunity to reflect and think about how they actually
solve problems and how a particular set of problem solving strategies is appropriate for achieving their goal.
What is to be accomplished/learned?
Example: In support of the Supermarket “Green” initiatives, I bring my own shopping bags for grocery shopping and
say no to plastic bags.
As future educator I will focus on my students’ learning and development and make them feel that
learning in school is enjoyable and full of knowledge. _______________________

AUTHOR’S LOGIC: The author is conveying the message/idea of:

“green.” They want to have a reputation for being environmentally conscious.
The fundamental premise of being a teacher is to add value to the learning of each student in your
care. The act of teaching should be able to focus on enabling students to learn more than they would on
their own, and to improve the possibilities that each student can realize their potential regardless of
their situation in life. Teachers are facilitators of student learning and creators of productive classroom
environments, in which students can develop the skills they might need at present or in future.

I learned in our prayer that God always provides and blesses us everyday
My action today is to be active and be able to participate in the discussion.
In our lessons for today, I have learned about:
We have discussed about Sets. Sets are everywhere. We usually group everything based on their
characteristics, gender or classifications. Just like in the lesson, the intersection is the similarities of
elements of different sets. In life, everyone has similarities and differences to each other. We also
tackled relations. In real-life situations, relation is the pairing of two individuals. Similar to relation in
Mathematics, there exist a type of one to one, one to many, many to one or many to many relations in
real life.
I will memorize the above learning points, explain them in my own words, and apply them in our activities.
I can connect my learning today with the vision and mission of our school by:
Self-reflecting on every lesson so that I could be a functionally productive student of CDSGA.

We have learned about intersection, universal and complement of sets. These are related by definition.
Intersection of sets has elements which are present on both particular set while complement of set has
the elements based on the universal set which are not in the family set. Therefore, intersection and
complement of the set are contrast. If I will connect the topics in real life, intersection are the
similarities and complement are differences of everyone to each other.
I will memorize the above learning points, explain them in my own words, and apply them in our activities.
I can connect my learning today with the vision and mission of our school by:
Self-reflecting on every lesson so that I could be a functionally productive student of CDSGA.
