GESTURES Body movements to emphasize your speech. Best for extemporaneous, impromptu, manuscript and memorized delivery Avoid: - fidgeting or doodling - random movements

MOVEMENT
Move around to emphasize your point Movement should be meaningful and with purpose Random wandering movement conveys the message that you are nervous, bored or otherwise pre-occupied. This distracts the audience.

EYE CONTACT
