Remove Table mounting assembly Remove the Belt joint plate (3mm Allen Screws) Remove the old belt
Tools Needed: 2.5mm Allen Wrench 3.0mm Allen Wrench 5mm Allen Wrench Phillips Screw Driver
Removing the Table Remove the Silicone cover pad to the table, and Remove the four 3mm Allen Screws and the 12 Phillip screws that mount the table to the XY Assembly.
Remove the Belt Joint Plate and remove the old belt (2.5mm Allen Screws)
Feed the new belt on and Trim the belt if necessary so that both ends meet together on the grooves of the belt joint assembly, then remount the plate and secure the 2.5 mm Allen screws. Remount the Table Mount assembly and the table and finally the Silicone cover pad.
