Divided into 4 phase i) Menstruation phase (fasa haid) ii) Repair phase (fasa pembaikan) iii) Fertile phase (fasa subur) iv) Pre-menstruation (sebelum haid) i) Mestruation phase - 1 5 days - Uterus lining break down

ii) Repair 6th 10th day - Uterus lining become thicker iii) Fertile phase - 11th 17th day - Ovum is released (ovulation)
