Jerk Sauce 2 scotch bonnet peppers, minced (remove seeds) 2 onions, minced 1 cup green onions, chopped 1 tsp

thyme 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp salt 1 tsp allspice 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg 2 tsp sugar 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp vinegar Mix all ingredients together. Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups.
