Plaintiff, Larry Klayman (Plaintiff), hereby gives notice of the refiling of the
Unopposed Motion For Leave To Exceed Page Limit, and further states as follows:
1. On March 17, 2014, Plaintiff filed his Unopposed Motion For Leave to Exceed Page
Limit. This motion sought to extend the total number of pages for Plaintiff to respond to
Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment to twenty-five (25) pages. See Exhibit 1.
2. With this Motion, Plaintiff had filed a Proposed Order in .pdf format on the Court's
CM/ECF website. Exhibit 2.
3. Plaintiff had given the pleading to his associate to file, and his associate inadvertently did
not send the proposed order to this Court in MS Word format. See Exhibit 3.
4. Plaintiff hereby gives notice that he is refiling this Motion, attached as Exhibit 1, and is
also emailing the proposed order, in MS Word format, to this Court.
