Baked Mushrooms Ingredients : 300g fresh mushroom, 5 cloves garlic

Seasoning : 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp rice wine Method : 1. Rinse mushrooms and remove stems. Score caps with knife. Peel garlic and chop finely. Put mushrooms and garlic in a bowl and mix well with seasoning. 2. Wrap marinated mushrooms in aluminium foil. Place onto a baking tray. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 250C for 15 minutes. Remove aluminium foil. Serve.
