Cgicken in red wine dreg

Ingredient : 2 chicken thighs

Seasoning : 1 tbsp rice wine, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp red wine dreg

Method 1. De-bone chicken thighs. Rinse clean and drain. Marinate with seasoning in a bowl for 1 hour. Place chicken on baking tray lined with aluminium foil. Reserve the marinate. 2. Transfer to preheated oven and bake at 200C for 20 minutes. Turn over and brush with marinade. Bake for another 10 minutes. Remove and leave to cool. Cut into pieces and transfer to serving dish.
