Red and Mung Beans Ice Bar Ingredient : 100g mung beans, 1 tbsp corn flour, 100 ml water,

some sugar, some small rectangle plastic bags. Method : 1. Boil mung beans until soft, then add in sugar and mix well. 2. Mix the corn flour with some water, then pour into method (1), stirring constantly until thickened. Pour the mixture into the plastic bag, then tie a knot and put into the freezer until frozen.
