Here are the highlights:

Everyones user name will remain what they have already been using which is ex: adarnell@susana2010.com Everyones mailboxes have been updated to have an additional email address added of ex: adarnell@susa na oac. com and th is is now their primary email address. So when they send email out, this will be the address people see
As we just added the additional email address to their mailboxes, there has been no change to their mailboxes, shared calendars, contacts, permissions, etc

Since all Outlook, MAC Outlook, iPhones and Droid settings are my server names, they did not have any configuration settings that pointed to the susana2010.com domain thus we shouldn,t have to make any configuration changes. lf there are any issues we can deal with them on a case by case basis.

The new webmail address is webmail.susanaoac.com (again, continue to use the same user name and password as before)
