be accompanied by Thys Bui, who will share his knowledge of wine tasting and food
pairing. He is currently sommelier at Gervais Restaurant Francais in Saratoga and
wine consultant to Vietnam Airlines and six restaurants in the Bay Area on Asian
food and wine pairings. Bui was wine manager/buyer at Safeway Nor Cal Division
for seven years.
