Engine Proper
A Ni-resist cast iron ring carrier is used in the top ring groove of the piston. A PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating has been applied on the surface of the No. 1 compression ring 2 balance shafts are used. A swirl control valve is used.

A variable nozzle vane type turbocharger is used. An air-cooled type turbocharger is used. An intercooler is used. An oxidation catalytic converter is used. A recirculation type fuel heater is used.
