POSITION TITLE: Operational Risk Management Specialist
SUMMARY
The Risk Management Department overlooks and monitors all the activities that affect the
Banks risk profile. The Risk Management !fficer is involved in identif"ing# measuring#
monitoring and controlling risks to ensure that the Banks risk e$posure is %ithin the
established limits.
The Risk Management !fficer promotes the bank&%ide risk management related activities to
ensure the Bank complies %ith all risk management related policies. The Risk Management
!fficer supports the 'ead of Risk Management to establish# and improve the risk
management of the Bank.
JOB UN!TIONS"#UTIES AN# RESPONSIBILITIES
(. )stablishes and maintains the bank&%ide risk management assurance frame%ork# including
policies# procedures and standards focused on operational risk# credit risk# market and li*uidit"
risk and other bank&related risks.
+. ,cts as a liaison bet%een the -arent Bank and .ubsidiar" on in*uiries relating to risk
management issues.
/. -repares and0or coordinates Monthl"01uarterl" !perational Risk Meeting.
2. .upports the Management to organi3e# conduct and coordinate the Bank risk assessment and
gap anal"sis process.
4. Coordinates and performs the Banks !verseas !ffice !perational Risk ,ssessment.
5. Formali3es the ..,)6(5 and Due Diligence revie% from a risk management perspective.
7. Monitors and anal"3es incidents b" participating in incident&related meetings and revie%s the
closing reports.
8. Revie%s all the credit revie%s and credit applications.
9. Monitors and anal"3es the Report of counterparties rating# credit line usage# counterparties
credit scoring# etc.
(:. Monitors and revie%s the reports of gap anal"sis# risk profile# li*uidit"# foreign e$change etc.
((. -rovides high *ualit" %ork b" ensuring accurac" and seeking to continuousl" improve our
processes and platforms.
RE$UIREMENTS
(. Bachelors degree or e*uivalent in Business or e*uivalent.
+. More than five "ears e$perience in the risk management related activities in the financial
industr".
