This is a snippet of the Deposition of FNA employee Tom Fahey acknowledging that he and Bank Management new I was doing collection work and repossessing vehicles in their portfolio. This is 1 of several pieces of evidences conclusively demonstrating the Banks knowledge of my repossession activity on their behalf. This is important because later the bank would deny knowledge of said activity for a variety of reasons 2 of which were: 1) necessary to corroborate its fraudulent credit references to other banks without complete knowledge of the situation. 2) to avoid consequences pursuant to UCC Buyer in the Ordinary Course of business provisions. This would become the reason for the acts of witness tampering and death threats against Don Mashak to prevent him from testifying in court and producing other documentation proving the banks knowledge of his repossession activity on their behalf which were in his sole possession. The FBI confirmed Don Mashak's version of the facts but MN US Attorney David Lillehaug killed the investigation.
