An Engineer from Edmonton makes emergency repairs for a Normandy Vet. The French arrive.

Still waiting the VAC Rush to move people is about to begin.

Forming up as Dignitaries arrive.

Modern Day officer bored with the wait, texts her family?? (possibly)

The escort Motorcycles arrive with the Dignitaries.

The MND and CDS Major General Richard Rohmer

Prince Charles, Camila and PM and Mrs Harper

Minister Veterans Affairs should have been doing a Meet and Greet while waiting for the official party.

Major General Richard Rohmer Welcomes the Royals and other Dignitaries.
1944 Richard Rohmer

I was surprised that the Major General did not get a standing ovation. However his speech received more applause than
anyone who spoke.

Royal Staff Texting during speeches? Prince Charles Prime Minister Harper

A great Singer sorry I do not have her name

RCMP Veteran from Summerside PEI Detachment

Two veterans one from D day and one from Afghanistan Paul Franklin.
The Smiles on their faces, show the overall success of the D Day Celebrations at Juno Beach.
Despite the delays and rudeness of some VAC Staffers.
Now other wreaths were allowed to be laid after the Dignitaries had departed,
