Give a brief introduction about yourself?

My name is Hafiz Ali Raza S/O Shoukat Mehmood. I graduated from University Of Lahore with the
specialization of Internal Auditing.Im very quick Lerner, ability to multi-task and passion for hard work.
My short term goal is to be a part of your organization where I can gain more and more knowledge & I
prove myself in front of you. And long term goal is I would look to myself for the higher post in your
company. Thats all about me sir.

What are your strengths?

Commitment to work is my strength If the work is given to me I wont leave it till it gets completed. I will
try to complete as soon as possible.

What are your weaknesses?
I can't tolerant lie & never say no when someone asks for help. I am also a bit emotional for sometimes
whenever I get a failure.

Why Do You Want to Become an Auditor?
I like working with numbers, have good attention to detail, like to get things done properly and are
structures dependent

What's your biggest obstacle to success?

My confusion is always my success enemy. Whenever I decide to achieve something then there is always
another option in my mind through which I become unable to achieve that success sometimes.

Why should I/we hire you?
I would make a good asset to this company as I am a hard worker. This job has been my dream job right
from childhood, and I have lived my life shaping myself to meet its requirements. Now I will say I am
ready to begin work and show the stuff that I am made of it.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?
Sir, I must do hard work to take the organization to good position. I would like to get good name in my
company so I do hard work as I can my best.

What motivates you to do good job?
For the self-satisfaction, the self-confidence, to enhance my knowledge always motivates me to do a good
job. Also my parents, who have made a lot of sacrifices in their life to make my dream real, motivates me
a lot to do a good job and to make them proud to be my parents.

Would you lie for the company?
it depends upon the situation sir...one reputed company never face that kind of situation...if the situation
comes then definitely I will sir...why because as our ancient stories said if one lie can give a good result
then its good only.

Where do you see yourself five years from now?
After 5 year, I would like to see myself at a respectable position in the company where my decision holds
some importance and subordinates look up to me for the inspiration.

Describe your ideal company, location and job?
The company which offers me a principled environment and growth is ideal for me.
About location, I am not location specific. I just want to be a part of such a company wherever it is.
And ideal job for me is the one which develops my skills and makes me feel energetic by doing it.



Who has inspired you in your life and why?
I get inspired when a person describes their success behind their hard work. That will make me and
positive thinker and hard worker.


What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
Toughest decision I had to make was between continuing my studies or doing job. Finally I choose to do
job and want to make use of my skill, talent ad qualification to become more experienced and
knowledgeable.

If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?
I will work because there is something which the money can't buy that is skill and knowledge. Only
experience through work can make us to know how to manage these large amounts of money and to
utilize it wise fully. 10 million dollar is like a beautiful garland in the hands of monkey unless and until he
gathers knowledge through work.

If I/we don't hire you, what will you do?
I am sure if I had been hired, then I would have delivered more than expected. Luckily, I believe that,
GOD had kept something much better in store, than I am expecting.

I need a job which suits my qualifications and skills, and which recognize my ability in the organization,
so that i can update my knowledge and skills along with organization's growth. And i feel that my profiles
are matching your requirement. As per fresher i feel that this is the challenging opportunities to test my
theoretical knowledge to achieve the practical expertise, which can help your organization towards
growth.


How much salary do you expect?
Sir if you give me a salary range then it would be easy for me to answer. Otherwise I'm expecting the
salary according to the company's norms and designation and my qualification.
