conLracLors and suppllers for Lhe ro[ecL and shall afford such opporLunlLles Lo 8osLon vendors when such
conLracLors and suppllers are properly quallfled and prlce compeLlLlve. Such efforLs shall lnclude acLlvely sollclLlng
blds from 8osLon vendors Lhrough local adverLlsemenLs, coordlnaLlon wlLh Lhe 8osLon Chamber of Commerce and
such oLher reasonable measures as 8osLon may from Llme Lo Llme requesL. ln furLherance Lhereof, followlng Lhe
openlng of Lhe ro[ecL Lo Lhe publlc, on an annual basls, Wynn agrees Lo use good falLh efforLs Lo purchase aL leasL
llfLeen Mllllon uollars ($13,000,000.00) of goods and servlces from vendors wlLh a prlnclpal place of buslness ln

program LhaL requlres vendors Lo be pre-quallfled, whlch may lnclude buL noL be llmlLed Lo background checks and
oLher screenlng meLhods uLlllzed Lo quallfy vendors.

Lhe reglon, Wynn has developed a proprleLary conclerge program for Lhe purpose of cross-markeLlng Lhese

reasonable efforLs Lo noL send any markeLlng maLerlals Lo resldenLs of 8osLon who have opLed Lo parLlclpaLe ln
Wynn's self-excluslon or self-llmlLaLlon programs LhaL enable lndlvlduals Lo opL ouL of recelvlng markeLlng maLerlals.
ln addlLlon, Wynn shall provlde 8osLon and lLs resldenLs wlLh access Lo any compulslve gambllng servlces assoclaLed

monles ln Lhe CommunlLy MlLlgaLlon lund and Lhe 1ransporLaLlon lnfrasLrucLure lund.

9.2. Wynn shall, on a perlodlc basls, upon Lhe reasonable requesL of 8osLon, aLLend meeLlngs organlzed by 8osLon, aL
