Dr. Rama is a highly accomplished expert in International law, Women's, and Child Rights
with 15 years of experience. She holds a gold medal in law, a Doctorate on "Inter Country
Adoption," and authored "Law and Procedure Relating to Inter Country Adoptions in India."

Dr. Nitish Nawsagaray Sir

Dr. Nawsagray has specialization in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law,
and Jurisprudence. He has total teaching experience of 16 yrs. His areas of interest include
Jurisprudence, Criminal Law, Constitutional Law, Media Laws, Law and Social Change etc.
He has published two books and various research articles in International/National journals
and Newspapers.

Dr. Kranti Deshmukh Ma'am

Dr. Kranti Deshmukh Ma'am, specializing in Constitutional Law, Family Law, and
Intellectual Property Law, focuses on "Maintenance of Internal Security in India" in his Ph.D.
thesis. Noteworthy appointments include being a member of the Syllabus Drafting
Committee-Law at Savitribai Phule Pune University and contributing to Board of Studies at
Symbiosis Distance Education Center and MIT-World Peace University.

In addition to various legal roles, Dr. Kranti Deshmukh Ma'amserves as the Director of the

Smt. R. P. SONDURBALDOTA

Born on March 10, 1955, in Hubali, Karnataka, graduated in B.Sc (Chemistry and
Microbiology) from Mumbai University. Later, earned a law degree from Mumbai University
and became an Advocate in 1980, practicing in Bombay High Court and other courts,
specializing in Civil, Writ, and Criminal Appeals.

Founded the Advocate P.R. Baldota Memorial Trust in 1998 to support law students and
junior lawyers in Maharashtra. Appointed as Judge, Bombay City Civil and Sessions Court,
in 1992. Served as Joint Director, Judicial Officers Training Institute, Nagpur, Principal
District Judge in Nagpur, Jalgaon, and Pune.

Held roles like Officer on Special Duty and Registrar General at the High Court, Bombay,
from 2007 to 2008. Elevated as Additional Judge of the Bombay High Court on April 16,
2008.

Dr. Shelke-Patil

Dr. Shelke-Patil, with 13 years of academic and administrative experience, currently serves
as Group Director at P. Jog Group of Institutes and Principal at P. Jog Law College in Pune.
His roles have included Vice-Principal, Head of Research, Legal Counsel, Dean, and
Registrar. As an Assistant Professor at New Law College, Bharti Vidyapeeth, he held various

DR. HARITA SHINDE BANGALI,

The Director of the Center for Advanced Legal Studies, Training and Research. She
completed her LL.B. in 2003 and LL.M. in Criminal Law in 2006 from Maharaja Sayajirao
University, Vadodara. She completed her Ph.D. in the field of DNA Technology and Law in
2014 from the Maharaja Sayajirao University, Vadodara. She enrolled as an Advocate in
Gujarat Bar Association in 2003. She practiced in the original and appellate side in District
Sessions Court and in Gujarat High Court. Subsequently, she also tried her hand in corporate
sector and worked as Senior Legal Attorney in Infosys Ltd. and MindCrest India Ltd. in
Pune. She was also visiting faculty in Symbiosis Law School, Pune, MIT School of Law,
New Law College, Pune and Sandip University, Nashik. She has cleared the examination for
Judicial Magistrate in Maharashtra and District Judge in Gujarat. She has co-authored a book
on Information Technology Law.

ADV. VINDA MAHAJAN

Experienced Advocate specializing in Human Rights Law, currently serving as Legal


Consultant at ECONET, Pune. Program Officer at TATA Institute of Social Sciences
(Violence Against Women Cell) in Mumbai. Legal Advisor at Lakshya Trust, Pune, and

Dr. Shahista Salimkhan Inamdar has been with Navjeevan Law College, Nashik, under
Savitribai Phule Pune University since 2010, serving as Principal for two years. Holding a

Dr. Amit Kashyap

Dr. Amit Kashyap specializes in Constitutional Law and Human Rights Law, holding LL.B.,

DR. FR. PETER LADIS F

Ms. SUGANDHA SINHA

She completed her LLM from University College London (UOL) and worked briefly with
'Remfry and Sagar' before joining academia. She has taught Public International Law,
International Humanitarian Law and Refugee Law among others, to undergraduate students.
To the post graduate students, she has taught Human Rights and Intellectual Property Rights.
Ms. Sinha has been working and researching in the area of child rights and has been involved
in research, coordination and training of various stakeholders in the area of women rights,
child rights and Intellectual Property Law. She is currently pursuing PhD in role of women in
law reform.

PROF ASHUTOSH NAIK

Founder of Law Within Learning Resource Centre in Pune, bringing 25 years of diverse
expertise in law. Specializing in law entrance exams, JMFC, NET/SET (Law), and three/five
years law courses. Formerly associated with renowned institutions like Symbiosis Law
School, Pune, and Modern Law College. Editor for Suvidha Law House Publications,
Bhopal, and Symbiosis Contemporary Law Journal.

PROF NEERAJ SHARMA

Prof. Neeraj Sharma has done his B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering from VIT
University, Vellore. His deep interest in understanding the legal intricacies of India inspired
him to pursue an LL.B. which he completed from the Campus Law Centre, University of
Delhi. He has pursued his Masters in Taxation Law from Amity University, Noida. He has a
versatile career graph. He has served as a Probationary Officer in the State Bank of Patiala.
He has litigation experience of around 2.5 years. He had been associated in past with Lovely
Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, and Sandip University, Nasik, Maharashtra. He is
currently teaching Investment Law, Property Law, and Law of Taxation at Institute of Law,
Nirma University.

SHREYA SRIVASTAVA

Shreya Srivastava, with a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law (2015), is currently pursuing
her doctorate at Gujarat National Law University, specializing in Family Law with a focus on
women's rights. She teaches Family Law at the Institute of Law and coordinates the Women
Development Cell. Additionally, she leads the International Relations Cell. Previously a
Teaching and Research Associate at Gujarat National Law University, Shreya is actively
involved in empirical legal research, contributing to legal development through both
theoretical and practical approaches.
