 Taliban statements monitored during November 2009 claimed responsibility
for at up to 51 Canadian deaths. Canada announced no deaths of any
soldiers during this period.
 Eleven (11) Taliban announcements were monitored mentioning Canadian
personnel or casualties in November 2009, compared to an average of 8.62
