Is using bhang (intoxicating substance made from hemp leaves), opium, Taari

Question: What is the ruling of the learned Ulama-e-een and the !ufti"aan-e-#hara !ateen in this case: With the exception of $lcohol (#haraab), if
a person uses such small amounts of bhang (intoxicating substance made from hemp leaves), opium, Taari (intoxicating substance made %ith palm
&uice) and dagga etc' that he does not get intoxicated, then is he guilt" of haraam(

does not cause an" effect on the mind, it is allo%ed, but opium is something that one should avoid even in medicines as it is such a harmful substance
that it causes a hole in the stomach that cannot be satisfied %ithout opium, so %hether one li*es it or not one ta*es it' (In other %ords, it is a
