So, just a little bit about me...I grew up in Stokes County, and attended West Stokes High School. After graduating, I went on to
pursue higher education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I graduated from UNCC with a degree in English and
Spanish with a concentration in Spanish Literature. I went on from UNNC to teach 9th grade English at Cannon School in Concord,
NC. In the summer of 2011 I became a member of the South Stokes faculty. I currently teach Honors and Standard 9th and 10th grade
English and Language Arts. I am also the assistant women's soccer coach and co-sponsor of the Beta Club with Mrs. Jaffe.

All I have to do is walk to my desk, log on, then I can click that my room is fine, or if I need help. Then the office is alerted
immediately, said Katie Lemons, an English teacher. I certainly hope that we never have to use it, but I love having it available.
