Montazah this evening and the very important and positive meeting we had
with your Sr. Chief Mohamed Al Ghoul. We are very positive with the
outcomes of the discussions and subsequent findings where we saw
assured certified hygienic safe operating crystal quality certification. In
reality we witnessed very comfortable and presentable atmosphere
accompanied by hospitable and friendly people which makes our proposed

As per the discussions, we propose the following:

Stage 1: we will attend operations for 3 flexible timings per week for 6
weeks to assess gap analysis and recognize needs. We plan to come out
with a swot analysis report besides being responsible to carry out various
duties in a roaster like of the supply chain. We are planning the work on
daily bases and will carry out awareness training.

Stage 2: for 6 weeks, we are documenting QMS of iso 22000:2005 to get

ready for certification body. In this stage all gaps are recognized and being
addressed in order to reflect on KPI key performance indicators ‘ dashboard
including but not limited to marketing function deployment.
