Beyond Email

Beyond email a why and how guide to online collaboration

aimed at members of a church team e.g. PCC, Finance. John will
take you through some of the opportunities that exist and the
rewards gained from sharing information securely online and cover
some of the technologies available.

Collaboration, whats good?

Share the load - easier to get things done by more than one person

Easier to find things as information is not 'owned' by a single person

Process and information more transparent

Collaboration, whats a challenge?

Getting everyone to buy-in and be involved boots and all!

Requires more effort to set up and maintain

Structure is quite ridged
Training is sometimes needed
It's change, and needs to be done incrementally!
