The Defendants above named having committed the crimes of POSSESSION OF

COMPONENT OF EXPLOSIVE OR INCENDIARY DEVICE WITH INTENT TO

MANUFACTURE EXPLOSIVE OR INCENDIARY DEVICE (Category B Felony - NRS

202.261 - NOC 51429) and POSSESSION OF EXPLOSIVE OR INCENDIARY DEVICE

(Category D Felony - NRS 202.262 - NOC 51430), in the manner following, to-wit: That the

said Defendants, on or about the 4th day of November, 2014, at and within the County of

16

Clark, State of Nevada,

COUNT 1 - POSSESSION OF COMPONENT OF EXPLOSIVE OR INCENDIARY

DEVICE WITH INTENT TO MANUFACTURE EXPLOSIVE
OR INCENDIARY DEVICE

did wilfully, unlawfully, feloniously, and knowingly possess any component of an

20

explosive or incendiary device, to wit: ammonium and/or cooler and/or aluminum powder,

21

with intent to manufacture an explosive or incendiary device.

COUNT 2 - POSSESSION OF EXPLOSIVE OR INCENDIARY DEVICE

did then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously possess an explosive or

24

incendiary device or any explosive or incendiary material, substance or component that could

25

be readily converted to an explosive or incendiary device in or upon any public street or

26

highway and/or in or near any private habitation, public place or any place open to the public

27

and/or in, on or near any public conveyance; the said Defendant committing the crime in the

28

following manner, to-wit: ammonium nitrate mix.

All of which is contrary to the form, force and effect of Statutes in such cases made and

provided and against the peace and dignity of the State of Nevada. Said Complainant makes

this declaration subject to the penalty of perjury.
