1.1 This specification covers the minimum requirements of supply, work and operation tobe performed by Contractor for hydrostatic testing of cross-country steel pipelinestransporting hydrocarbons in liquid or gaseous phase under high pressure.This specification does not cover the requirements of caliper pigging, dewatering,drying/pre-commissioning of the tested pipelines.1.2 This specification shall be read in conjunction with the conditions of all specificationsand documents included in the Contract between Company and Contractor. Unlessspecified otherwise, all sections of this specification shall apply to all specificationsreferred in this specification.
