PageEmployee training is essential if we want to have a high-productivity level within ourorganization. New employees must be brought up to speed and old employees needongoing training to broaden their horizons and grow professionally.

Being as a student of international Islamic university, I have found ouradministration department very ineffective and lethargic. Employees working inthat department are unwilling to work and try to put their burden on others. As aresult students are very uncomfortable, and face great difficulties in order toresolve even a small issue.
MAIN REASONS FOR THIS PROBLEM:
As they don’t know even vision and mission of this university, so they areworking towards an unknown goal.
They have deficiency in problem solving and communication skills. As thereare students from many countries, they are even unable to make themunderstand.
They are frequently absent and late for work.
Due to inadequate training they have little knowledge about their job.
As the employees are not motivated so they will not exert enough effort todo the job and are likely to goof around.
