f. P20070763· B & L EXPLORATION, LLC. - Proposed installation of a 70' x 1,003' access route with a 90' x 90' wing, and a 345' x 160' slip with a 60' x 60' wing. Upon completion of the slip, a 220' x 60' crushed stone or gravel shell pad will be installed. An approximately 385' x 100' drill barge with six temporary 3-pile clusters is to be installed. Upon completion of well number 1 only not well number 2, a typical 10' x 20' well protector platform will be installed. Proposed maintenance dredging of a previously dredged 6,424' x 70' bayou will be required to access the proposed well site. Approximately 72,792 cu. yds. of material will be displaced during bucket dredging operations and placed along side the dredge areas at a height not exceeding 0.5' above the mudline. Approximately 978 cu. yds. of crushed stone or gravel is to be used as fill for the proposed shell pad. No further dredge or fill is necessary. St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana. A letter of no objection will be issued upon approval from the St. Bernard Parish Council and the St. Bernard Port.
