In light of the fact that the State Farm plaintiffs have raised no objection to the
opening of the record in this matter, and only the Attorney General, an elected public
official, opposes the lifting of the seal, the Intervenors waive rebuttal as unnecessary in
support of their Motion for Partial Relief from Judgment. This matter is clearly in a
posture ripe for a ruling at the Court’s earliest convenience.
