orchard off Welland Road, Hanley Swan (now Chapmans Orchard housing estate); May Place, Malvern Wells (now assorted properties
between the Malvern-Ledbury road and Grundys Lane); and a 43-acre farm off Hanley Road, Malvern Wells (now The Moorlands housing
estate).]
