INTRODUCTION

Due to some of us want to get more “in brief and practical” information about our version of corporate
Knowledge Management (KM) in practice not just dominated by theoretical view regarding the mission of
our Social Networking Site, herewith we present our experience of practicing KM in corporate
environment during the last two years (2008-2010)

Learning experience which we contributed, the content comes from our Knowledge-base generated from
our Social Networking Sites (SNS) http://mobeeknowledge.ning.com and organized as a digital learning
objects and asynchronous learning. The learning strategy mainly characterized by content-based
learning and to smaller degree but with purpose to get broader understanding, given as contextual-
learning. Currently the content composed of 230 articles and/or 744 tag words organized as our
Knowledge-base using social media platform as social bookmarking method. All “packages of content as
well as context” making step-by-step method in comprehending corporate KM in practice becoming
possible implicitly

BTW, in comprehending KM, no cross cut approach could be carry out whatsoever. All processes must
be implemented consecutively with noted thanks to KM Tools having abilities to compress the work load
of content processes making the processes done in shorter time
