This offense ocurred at 6910 8, Cockrell Hill Road, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. The facts ofthis case are es follows Ti compan ong wit Wn. ST 0:0 the location in order fo sell an I-Phone 7 cellular telephone valued at around eight hundred dollars ($800 00) for the discounted price of two hundred dollars ($200.00). The telephone was brand new and sill nthe box. The mplainant and Witness QIN andglmmap parked inthe front ofthe apartment complex outside ofthe entrance gate, Suspects Gibbs and Gordon along with arother male known only as Little Josh walked out of the open gate and over to the vehiele where the complainant and the two (2) witnesses were seated. Two (2) of them got ino the vehicle for a brief period and then got out. They weat to the rear ofthe vehicle and stood. Within Seconds oftheir arrival a gunfighl erupted. Both Suspests Gordon and Gibbs fired at the complainant. The complainant also fired his handgun at them. » The complainant was struck seven (7) times. The suspects then left the location on foot. They retumed tothe apartment which they had come from and changed clothes. ‘The suspects then lft the apartment complex on foot. The complainant was taken to Methodist Cental Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 5:13 pam. by Dr. Sladek. Later that night witness QIN was arrested atthe business next the offense location. In his possession was the handgun thatthe suspect known as Litle Josh had during the offense. ‘The following dey Dr. Stephen Hastings performed an autopsy on the complainant. He determined thatthe ‘cause of death was a gunshot wound to the chest that weat through the complainant's right lung and then pierced his heart. The manner of death was determined to be homicide. ‘On Monday, May ist, 2017 at about 3:15 pxm. I, Detective Brent D.
