On June 27, 2017 an unknown black male wearing a red baseball cap with white markings, «back pack, pushing a red shopping cart was observed via video, slab the complainant Sergio Benavides at 4311 Live Oak Street. Officer Tyler Remediz #9441 was working in a cover capacity, and observed suspect Wishington siting behind El Rancho Supermarket. Suspect Washington matched the sescription on the information bulletin. Suspect Washington vas wearing are at, was in possession of a backpack, and pushing rod shopping cat. Officer T. Remediz obtained a vdeo recorded verbal consent ‘om suspest Washington fo search is back pack. Officer Christopher Todd #8947 also assisted in searching suspect Weshington's back pack. Officer C. Todd #8947 observed what appeared 1 be blood onthe inside ‘ap, and on aook inside the back pack, There was smeared blood, and what appeared to be blood droppings fon a book inside the back pack.
