ORDER

This case is presently before the court on plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary

Restraining Order. (Doc. 5.) Plaintiff seeks a TRO “preserving the status quo pending a

hearing on preliminary injunction before a three-judge court in this action prohibiting

defendants Riley and Tyson and those acting in concert with them or at their direction from

implementing Executive Order 44 and amended Executive Order 44 and from conducting

further police raids in Macon County.” (Id. at 4.) Specifically, plaintiffs seeks an Order

barring the Macon County Circuit from dissolving a preliminary injunction prohibiting any

raids on Victoryland by the Governor’s Task Force. (See id. at 2 and Ex. A.)

On August 5, 2010, the Macon County Circuit Court denied defendants’ motion to

dissolve the preliminary injunction. Therefore, plaintiffs’ Motion for Temporary Restraining

Order is DENIED as MOOT.

DONE, this 6th day of August, 2010.
