I am pleased to inform you that you have been appointed as National Technical Official
by the TTFI for the XIX Commonwealth Games, to be held from 3rd to 14th October,
2010 in New Delhi.

The Table Tennis Competition is will be held from 4th-14th Oct, 2010. You have to arrive
in Delhi on 1st Oct and depart on 15th Oct.
The Organising Committee extends the following facilities:

1. Reimbursement of II tier A/C Rail fare (on production of ticket)

2. Accommodation with breakfast.
3. Rs. 1500 per diem for meals.
4. NTOs uniform
Please send the following information before 7th July, 2010:
1) Scanned copy of the first page of passport
2) Uniform measurement details (Business Set & Casual Set)
3) Police Verification (attached) – To be filled and duly signed in triplicate and
couriered to the below mentioned address. (all 3 to be original)
4) Accreditation information in the attached form.

Points to note for accreditation:-

• Fields marked in red are mandatory.
• Refer to the lookup_table sheet for drop-down details.

Remember to attach a separate photograph file in .jpg/.jpeg format.

• Image file should not exceed 50kb.
• The photograph must be original, latest, coloured and background should be plain,
preferably white.
• No Hats, Hair Bands or Dark Glasses should be worn unless for religious, cultural or
medical reasons.
• It must show the front view of the applicant’s head and shoulders.
