EMPRESS.ONE is an end-to-end success accelerator across industries for women in business, innovation, and
social enterprise to drive female leadership and cull tomorrows drivers of the female economy. We are building a
global community in a space that is inclusive of supportive men toward discovering the science of success for
women.
We do this by building our network online and offline, providing our audiences with innovative programming, and
tailoring holistic solutions for the next steps of a womans career. We aim to create a matched advisory cohort
structure to facilitate programming and foster a close-knit professional guild of extraordinary people.

EMPRESS.ONE was founded in 2016 by Neelam Brar after
growing District CoWork into the hottest co-working hub in NYC.
Drawing from her decade-long career of working in finance across

the US, UK, Canada, and Asia, Brar reflected on the women she
met globally. She found that no matter which country they called
home, women approached their purchasing and investment
decisions with similar criteria driven by extensive research, capital
maximization, and through community and referral networks.
Empress.One was born. Designed to support the global community
of women where ambition is expected, success is celebrated and
support is paramount we are building the first destination for
women to achieve their full potential through programming that
fosters development of their mind, body and souls. From wellness
to finance workshops we are covering the full menu of tools
required for women to succeed.
