Topics: how the implementation of Total Quality Management can improve the company’s

I. The main point of running a business is to gain as much profit as possible. In order to
do so, many companies have applied TQM in their production systems. TQM (Total
Quality Management) is the long-term commitment of one organization where all the
members of organization work together in order to establish continuous improvement
of quality that meets the standard costumers expect. TQM mainly focuses on
lowering the production cost while increasing both productivity and costumer’s
satisfaction at the same time.
