Quality is essential for satisfying our consumers and
maintaining their loyalty so that they will continue to
buy from you in the future. Quality products contribute
significantly to long-term income and profitability.
What is Total Quality Management?
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a technique of
including management and employees in the continual
improvement of products and services production. It is a
set of quality and management tools targeted at growing
