PENGERTIAN KOMUNIKASI
• A process of conveying an idea or a
message from one person or group of
persons to another person or group
– Idea or message
– The way it is expressed
– How and when it is delivered
– The person or persons it is intended to reach
• What, how, who and when process
KOMUNIKASI
• Definisi : the transfer of information from the sender to the receiver
with the information being understood by the receiver
• Fungsi sebagai alat:
– Menyatukan kegiatan organisasi
– Menyatukan input sosial kedalam sistem sosial
– Mengubah perilaku, perubahan menjadi effektif, informasi
menjadi produktif, dan tujuan tercapai
• Transfer informasi dari seseorang kepada orang lain sangat
penting,
Untuk koperasi
• Tujuan : menyediakan informasi melalui
berbagai saluran media, untuk memotivasi
penerima –setelah mereka mendengar,
membaca, atau mengetahui informasi tersebut –
mengambil tindakan yang yang sesuai menurut
mereka dan organisasi koperasi
• Proses yang komplek memerlukan koordinasi
dsiplin psikologi, pendidikan dan ekonomi
