    NARRATIVE REPORT
    IN-Service Training For Teachers – DAY 6
    Dec. 19, 2020

    Henry Wadsworth Longfellow believes, “Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of
    ending.” As the last day of INSET started, everyone felt the presence of God with a prayer, followed by
    the singing of Nationalistic Song, Caloocan Hymn and Deparo Hymn. Attendance checking was
    creatively done by Grade level singing a song to the tune of Jingle Bells headed by the Grade
    Chairman. A very inspiring message from Dr. Edna B. Balajadia, the dearest principal of Deparo
    Elementary School came next.

    INSET Proper commenced with the first speaker, Ma’am Aida Laresma, DES Faculty President,
    who discussed the Bylaws of the organization to provide the important information all teachers must
    know, highlighting the benefits as well as the responsibilities of each member. Afterwards, Ma’am
    Juvy Z. Valencia, Sir Roby James F. Daza and Dr. Rodora B. De Luna, DES Master Teachers
    facilitated the sharing of teachers’ experiences in Online Classes as well as the innovation/intervention
    utilized to make the virtual teaching – learning more enjoyable and fruitful.

    The most- awaited part of the day’s program was headed by Dr. Balajadia and the Master
    teachers as the Certificate of Attendance was awarded to all the teacher – participants and Certificate of
    Appreciation to the Speakers and Members of the Technical Working Group. It was indeed a successful
    training! Teachers were furnished new armor for another battle about to face in 2021.
