ICT Coordinator for Programs and Projects
The School used an editable google sheet where teachers will just click the button of
their name and their name and time in/out will appear. This was used from the month
august 2020 to january 2021. By the month of February 2021, the attendance is
collected via Google form (bit.ly/mahesattendance) to easily sort the names and time.
Summary of attendance are stored in a shared google drive.
The Virtual Flag Raising Ceremony is conducted every monday morning via Facebook
live. The ICT Coordinator Facilitate the Program together with the assigned grade level.
The Virtual Flag Lowering Ceremony is conducted every Friday at 5 PM in the afternoon.
The multimedia presented in the program was prepared by the School Head together
with Teaching and Non Teaching Staff.
DCP Training
The DCP Training was conducted on September 2020. It was led by 3 DCP
Representatives and 5 teachers including the Property Custodian. Teachers are oriented
on how to used and manage the DCP Devices.
DCP Monitoring
The DCP Monitoring was conducted by Mr. John Darryll S. Mercado, Division
Information Technology Officer on October 11, 2020. The aim of this monitoring is to
check how the school manage and store the DCP delivered devices.
The Microsoft Teams Orientation aims to orient the teacher on how to use of Microsoft
Teams as alternative video conference. The program was conducted on October 29, 2020
led by Mr. Jerome Honrado as the resource speaker.
The School Website was created by the School ICT Coordinators Mr. Emerson E.
Garolacan and Mr. Jerome Z. Honrado. The school website contains information that will
help learner know more about the school. It also includes the learning resource which
can be accessed by the learners.
The maintainance of school website is done by the ICT Coordinator for Programs and
Projects. In the homepage the School FB Page is embeded wherein they can easily see
the latest post and events of school.
The School Head Mrs. Jocelyn Tamayo asked the ICT Coordinators to create a drive for
School Learning Resources where the teachers can upload their WHAT Guides,
Performance Task and Quizzes and a separate Drive for CLAID Modules. These drives
can be easily accessed by the pupils through the website. School Learning Resource
Coordinator is currently maintaining these drives.
Every tablet given to advisers was checked with a given checklist to identify the defective
tablets and downloaded the available modules to access the Digitized Module. Ms. Rose
Marie Celino, Ms. Sarah Jean Loresca, and Ms. Loraine Evangelista members of DCP
Team guide the teachers.
Tablet Distribution
Tablet Distribution is led by Mr. Bert Herbon and DCP Team. The distribution was
scheduled per section and given 1 hour each section to claim their tablet to maintain
safety of parents and teachers.
The ICT Coordinators made a Temporary Report Card than can be distributed online.
This Report Card is in Excel format where the teachers can easily make a report card
using their Summary of Grades. They don’t need to enter grade manually.
The Deped NCR conduct the Learning Assurance for Monitoring and Progress (LAMP) aims to measure
learning outcomes in an inclusive reliable environmernt by gathering reliable information through the
conduct of Mid-Year and Year-End Assessment.
The Mid-Year was conducted on May 17 – 21, 2021. Before the assessment Mandaluyong Addition Hills
conducted an orientation on how to use the Learning Management System and access using Microsoft
Accounts. The orientation was led by Mr. Jerome Honrado together with School Head Mrs. Jocelyn Tamayo
Grade 6 Teachers, pupil participants and home learning partners.
On June 14, 2021 an orientation was conducted for the Pilot Testing of Year-End Assessment for grade 1,
garde 4 and grade 6 pupils in preparation to June 14- 18 Pilot testing. Another Orientation was conducted on
July 5, 2021 for 16 Grade 6 pupils volunteers to prepare for Year-end Exit Assessment on July 5-9, 2021.
Mandaluyong Addition Hills Elementary School also celebrate the National ICT Month with a launching
program on June 21, 2021. The program was hosted by Daich Lunas a Grade 6 pupil. School Head Mrs.
Jocelyn Tamayo and PSDS Dr. Marvie Duran gave their warmed messages as the school celebrate National
ICT Month.
The ICT for Programs and Projects Mr. Jerome Honrado and ICT for Data Management Mr. Emerson
Garolacan was th e persons behind the program.
The Culminating Activity was closed as the ICT Coordinator for Programs and Project presented the
Teachers who successfully passed Google Certification Exam and become Google Certified Educators. Also
many teachers including the school head of MAHES become Microsoft Innovative Educator.
