NARRATIVE REPORT ON PILOT TESTING OF THE

e-IPCRF COLLECTION AND CONSOLIDATION SYSTEM

Valenzuela National High School was one of the selected schools in Valenzuela to
participate in the conduct of Pilot Testing of the e-IPCRF Collection and Consolidation
System. All teachers were able to accomplish the encoding of data on the given timeline on
June 19-21, 2023. Minor problems were encountered including some teachers cannot edit
the file but was given immediate technical assistance by the department heads and persons-
in-charge in consolidation of e-IPCRF. Right after the encoding of data, the assigned
consolidator created a folder that contains all the e-IPCRF of all the teachers for easy
uploading.

On June 22, 2023, the consolidators were not able to upload the files because they
could not access the web-based platform. They decided to call and ask for technical
assistance to the BHROD-HRDD and found out that the school’s DepEd email address is not
yet registered. This is the reason why the site cannot be accessed, and any attempt will lead
to an automatic log out. As a response, the BHROD-HRDD gave instruction to wait for the
email address to be registered and that the time for uploading will be extended until July 14,
2023.

The consolidators tried accessing the site to check if it is ready for uploading but still
did not work. On June 30, 2023, Rhea B. Eden, Education Program Supervisor from the
Regional Office and Dr. Sofia Quilbio, Congressional District II, PSDS visited ValNat for
consolidation of feedback and provision of technical assistance. The difficulty encountered in
accessing the site and uploading files were raised and Ms. Eden gave assurance that all
concerns will be raised to the BHROD-HRDD.
