Greetings!

With the Covid-19 pandemic impacting significantly everyday life, many have been
drastically changed to new normal specifically in the field of education in which we, in the
Department of Education adopted multiple learning modalities and innovations these days,
with blended learning and distance learning as major options for the last two school years to
ensure the continuity of quality basic education despite the challenges posed by the global
outbreak.
As we geared towards another platform of learning this forthcoming school year and
to keep our educational institution updated with the recent breakthroughs in information and
communication technology which is indeed very timely and necessary to cope with the
proposed limited in-person classes.
In line with the above matters presented, we are humbly requesting your good office
to please share one (1) unit of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) which is urgently needed
for the replacement of the outdated one that is connected to our school’s DepEd
Computerization Package (DCP) and has not been functioning well for the last few months.
Through this, the said package would be ready for use and of great help to our pupils in their
ICT classes.
We believe that such laudable assistance would help a lot in realizing our common
and shared goal to ensure learning continuity and keep abreast with the fast-pacing
transformation of technology and education that no one will be left behind amidst this crisis.
Thank you for your unceasing support and assistance to our school. This will surely
